  • Can I receive samples of any of your products or materials?
    Yes, samples are available. Please contact us
  • Are bulbs included with the lamps?
    Yes, all lamps come with bulbs included.
  • How do I place an order?
    Email info@stefanovich.mx with the model name, preferred finish, and any project details. Our team will guide you through the process within 24–48 hours.
  • Do you offer discounts for architects and designers?
    Yes, special discounts are available. Contact us for more information.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Bank transfers and deposits. Cards via PayPal or Wise (with platform fees).
  • Can I customize a product?
    Absolutely. Send your project details to info@stefanovich.mx, and we’ll provide tailored recommendations and pricing.
  • What are the lead times for your products?
    Lead times vary as most pieces are made to order. Specific production and delivery timelines are available upon request. Let us know if you have a deadline, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, contact us for a customized shipping quote based on your location.
  • What are my shipping options?
    We provide shipping quotes upon request, as costs are not included in the product price. You may also arrange pickup from our showroom with your preferred carrier. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit in such cases.
  • What if my product is damaged on arrival?
    All products are inspected and carefully packed before leaving our facility. If you receive a damaged product, claims must be submitted in writing within 3 days of receipt, along with photographs and a detailed description of the damage.
  • How are taxes handled?
    Mexico: Taxes in MXN are included in your quote. For an invoice, provide billing details, an updated Constancia de Situación Fiscal, and Uso de CFDI. International: Customers are responsible for duties and taxes, which must be paid directly to customs upon delivery.
  • Where can I view the collection?
    You can schedule a private visit to our studio in downtown Mexico City to view our pieces. Please contact us in advance to arrange your visit and ensure the pieces you are interested in are available for viewing. Additionally, Federico Stefanovich’s work is showcased by select galleries in Mexico City and internationally. If you're interested in a specific model, contact us to confirm its location and availability before your visit.
